THE HOTEL
Vincenzo Maltese had recently moved to Ceriale when he conceived the idea of transforming a guest house, Pensione Angela, into the Hotel Tiffany, which was inaugurated on December 13, 1979. The building has been refurbished over the years and it now features modern facilities and offers full comfort. The Bar and Restaurant serve delicious Ligurian and Piedmontese specialties.
THE FAMILY
The Maltese family has always taken great care of the Hotel Tiffany and its Restaurant, paying close attention to every detail.
Vincenzo Maltese, of Sicilian origin, moved to Turin in 1959. From a young age, he engaged in the activity of a bartender, then continued as a restaurateur and finally as a hotelier. Extraordinarily brilliant and self-taught man, he acquired his cooking abilities on the job.
Together with his wife Daria, he embarked on a variety of projects over the years, the latest being the Hotel Malò, which they have managed alongside Tiffany for twenty years. They have been working together and complementing each other, sharing chores smoothly and managing all of their activities to the best of their abilities. Their children, Stefania and Luca, have always been by their sides.
Stefania has soon become passionate about the world of catering, learning the secrets of the tradition from Vincenzo and now co-managing the Hotel and Restaurant with him.
Agnese, one of Stefania's children, recently graduated and with a passion for pastry, decided to carry on the Hotel's legacy by working both in the kitchen and in the dining room to satisfy and surprise customers.

OUR EMPLOYEES
In a friendly and welcoming environment, our goal is to make employees feel like part of the family.
Nina has been taking care of the room cleaning with enthusiasm and love for three years, guaranteeing that the customer always finds what they need.
Recently employed, Lia is in charge of the reception: she accurately organizes client bookings, arrivals, and departures via direct channels and external platforms; she manages social media, group collaborations, and, in general, administrative and IT operations.
Gabriele, the most recent employee, is a young but expert and creative chef who works alongside Stefania and Agnese to create traditional recipes with a modern twist.
